南海湖沉積物中Hg的形態分布特征

摘要： 以包頭市南海湖為研究對象,采用連續化學提取法.系統開展了沉積物中Hg的形態分布研究.結果表明,表層沉積物中Hg含量的水平分布總體呈現湖心區低,西南和東北部湖區高的趨勢.腐殖酸結合態為表層沉積物中Hg的主導形態,次為交換態和水溶態.表層沉積物中生物有效態Hg的含量甚高,占總汞的76%～94%,對整個生態系統具有潛在危害性.沉積柱芯中總Hg表現為表層富集并隨深度增加而降低的變化趨勢.B、F站位柱狀沉積物中腐殖酸結合態Hg隨深度有規律的遞減,H站位20 cm以上Hg的主導形態為腐殖酸結合態,殘渣態次之;20～30 cm的主導形態則為殘渣態及可交換態. Abstract： The sequential extraction procedure was chosen for the study of speciation of Mercury in sediments of the Nanhai Lake. The fractions of water-soluble and exchangeable Hg are easy to release to the overlying water, and the sum of them account for 30. 82 % of the total Hg. Furthermore, there exists positive correlation between these two fractions and the total Hg in overlying water, indicating high potential hazard to the Nanhai Lake.
